Headlands Dunes State Nature Preserve sits on the shores of Lake Erie just outside of the city of Cleveland. It’s a perfect blend of nature, peace, calm and beauty. Home to rare plant species and animals it\u2019s a protected piece of land for man and animal to enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the preserve is the beautiful boardwalk that bisects the area and leads you down to the beach. At the end of the boardwalk is a gazebo with areas to sit and rest and observe the area. The boardwalk puts you in the middle of the open area and allows you to enjoy it from a unique perspective that doesn\u2019t harm the nature around you.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
